Alandi Darshan: Lessons in Patience, Grace, and Divine Timing
Our recent vacation to Pune began with an unplanned detour that turned into a deeply spiritual experience.
As we landed in Pune and headed towards our resort, I casually mentioned to our driver that despite living in the city for 5 years, I had never visited Alandi. Memories resurfaced – my father once took me to a movie on the life of Sant Gyaneshwar during my formative years, and more recently Sujata Bauskar ji gifted me the Gyaneshwari.
When the driver told me Alandi was just 15 km away, I asked him to take a U-turn. In my mind, it was supposed to be a quick 30-minute darshan before reaching the resort on time. But destiny had other plans.
